Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Vpink account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status by link and tracking number.

How is my order shipped?

We have deep cooperation with logistics companies. Estimated shipping time is listed below. Keep in mind that depending on the postal code, actual delivery period might be longer than estimated: 

5-10days: China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macao, Thailand, Nepal, UAE, Nigeria, Cambodia, Mongolia, Egypt, Bangladesh, Mali

How long will it take for my order to ship?

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (back-ordered, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page.

Back-ordered: we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it while in this state, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date. 

Made to order: our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product’s page so that you can plan accordingly.

In stock: it’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping time is usually within 3 business days from the date of ordering. 

If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date.

How much does the shipping cost?

Premium shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping for limited time ONLY! 

DHL: The freight of DHL is 35.99 USD Dollars (Express orders)

Is signature needed and can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?

All shipments (excluding Canadian shipments via FedEx) require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

United States and Canada: duties are included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

United Kingdom: duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout for UK customers and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Australia: As of August 22nd, all items shipping to Australia include GST.

Other international shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Vpink does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Updating My Order

Can I edit my order?

We can edit your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders may be processed earlier than expected on our website so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. We’re not able to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order and provide us with both order numbers; our team will merge them before shipping and reimburse any shipping fees, if eligible.

Can I edit my shipping address?

No, you can’t. Please email us at service@vpinkstyle.com with the new address and order number and we can adjust it for you, if the order has not been shipped yet. Otherwise, we would be unable to change the address for you. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at service@vpinkstyle.com with your order number. Kindly note for monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns + Exchanges

What’s your return/exchange policy?

You will be responsible for the return and exchange fee. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that engraved pieces and free products are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item.

You MAY NOT return something that is unapproved by us regardless of the reason. We need to hear from you first. Non approved returns will be refused.

For other areas, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

We are not responsible for any packages received by us that are damaged in transit, or simply do not make it to our facility. We leave it up to you on which courier to use but we do recommend any company that has a tracking service. We must receive your return within 30 days of issuing your authorization.

How do I start the return/exchange process?

Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)

Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)

The email address you used to complete your order

Photo proof that the kit is unopened

A customer service representative will respond to your email within 48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your order reaches back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed.

DHL refused my return shipment, what do I do?

This is likely to happen if they are requesting a commercial invoice. However, our DHL commercial invoices are paperless. This goes for both US and international return shipments. Should you have any trouble with DHL accepting your return, feel free to mention this to them or reach out to us. We'll be happy to help!

How do I take care of my jewelry?

A little care goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, please store it in the pouch. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for silver pieces. Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door. For more detailed material-specific care instructions, be sure to review our product care page, here.

How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page.

Where is your jewelry made and what are your manufacturing standards?

We work closely with our jewelers and pride ourselves on the materials used and practices followed. You can read all about it here, in the “About Us” section.

Is your jewelry conflict free?

Yes! We use only high quality, socially-responsible material sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices.

Can I customize my engraving?

Sorry, we don’t provide engraving for now.

Can I treat my silver earring like a regular earring?

Yes! Our earrings use materials that are durable and will not break easily, which means you can (and should) wear them every day.

Environment friendly manual

Are there any instructions for the use and maintenance of the earrings in the package?

In order to respond to environmental protection requirements and to promote paperless business, Vpink products no longer provide a paper version of the maintenance instructions.
