Return & Refund Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days with a refund (for US only). Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that engraved pieces and free products are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please contact service@vpinkstyle.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
  • The email address you used to complete your order
  • Photo proof that the kit is unopened

A customer service representative will respond to your email within 48 hours.

Return is free for US only, For other areas, you are responsible for return shipping charges.If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

Timeframe For Returns

Returns are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-6pm).

Upon receipt of your package, you will receive an email confirming receipt that our Exchanges & Returns team has received your item(s).

Within 24 hours, a member of our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are unopened and in their original condition.

Upon passing our inspection, a refund is issued and notification sent to you. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed (refunds received outside of business hours will be processed in the order in which they are received.)

If your item(s) fail inspection, we will inform you of our decision and either mail the item(s) back to you at your own expense or destroy them.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please contact service@vpinkstyle.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
  • The email address you used to complete your order

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from when they are received. Due t relays related to COVID-19, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed (ie you haven't received a tracking number yet.

Cancellation Timeframe

After your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed by your financial institution.

Under usual circumstances, total delivery time is 9-20 days depending on your location (excluding processing times). Due to COVID-19, expect delivery between 20-40 days.
